Many sponsor perks require a sponsor badge for access/ entry. To ensure fair access for all of our sponsors, a photo is required for your badge to be valid. Faceless, namless badges will not be created.

The badge form must be completed for each person. If your donation entitles you to more than one badge, return to this page to enter information for each additional badge.
